The site says she covers a range of topics from brain function, sleep, fitness, relationships, food additives, and more.
Here's some notes from the article:
11 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity aerobic activity per day could lower your risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, etc. Aerobic activities including walking, dancing, running, jogging, cycling and swimming.
Study is from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, data from 196 studies, amounting to 30 million adult participants followed over 10 years. Results were published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
"To get up to 150 minutes of physical activity per week, find activities you enjoy. You are far more likely to engage in something you love doing than something you have to make yourself do." - Leana Wen, Emergency Physician, Public Health Professor George Washington University.
